Revision Total Hip Replacement – 60 Year old gentleman

60 years old gentleman had history of trauma right hip in 1999. He was managed elsewhere with multiple surgeries including total hip replacement and revision hip replacement. He presented to us with complaints of continuous pain right hip with shortening of the right leg and inability to bear weight in the affected leg. X-Ray showed loosening and migration of acetabular cup proximally and pelvic discontinuity. Revision surgery was done and acetabulum was reconstructed with special implants and bone graft. Patient was allowed to walk with walker next day after surgery.
